Chen Zhimin, Shenzhen University distinguished professor,  doctoral supervisor, Ph.D. from Chen Shengshen Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University, and postdoctoral fellow from Institute of Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences， worked in the Tianjin University, the Nankai University (and three phds there) and the University of Southampton (and six engineering phds there) work on the mathematical theory and numerical computation of fluid dynamics and hydrodynamics. He was awarded the Henry Fok Young Teacher Award by the Ministry of Education and the China Youth Science and Technology Award, and was elected to the 7th and 8th all-china Youth Federation. As a visiting scholar, she has conducted research in the Department of Computer Science at Oxford University, the Kroner Institute of Mathematics at New York University, the Department of Mathematics at MIT, the Department of Indiana University Bloomington Mathematics and the Institute of Mathematics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
